Loans Perspective (Perspektyva) sits under UAB ILTE, Lithuania's state development financier, and backs industrial research, experimental development, and innovation projects. It is one of ILTE's higher-capacity financing lines for businesses that need patient capital rather than a one-off subsidy. The program can lend up to EUR 10 million over a 10-year term, with 0% interest for an initial period and 2% thereafter. A project that completes its obligations can receive a write-off worth up to 30% of the loan amount. Lithuanian businesses can apply, with Vilnius-region applicants limited to SMEs and aligned with Smart Specialisation priorities, while larger companies can participate in central and western Lithuania. Perspektyva is built for companies that already have a defined research or innovation plan, because the terms reward execution and reporting rather than exploration.
