Tamwilcom Damane Guarantee Suite

The Damane guarantee suite is Tamwilcom's core product portfolio — a family of 15+ credit-risk guarantee products that allow Moroccan SMEs to access bank financing that banks would otherwise not extend alone. Tamwilcom covers 50–80% of the bank's credit risk in the event of default; the borrower remains fully liable for repayment of the underlying loan. Access is exclusively via one of 12 partner banks. Key products include Damane Création (business creation, 50–60% guarantee, up to 25 M MAD), Damane Investissement (equipment/real-estate credit, 50–60%, up to 25 M MAD, up to 15 years), Damane Express (treasury/overdraft, up to 4 M MAD), Damane Export (export receivables/political risk), and Damane Développement (restructuring and debt consolidation). Guarantee requests below 5 M MAD are auto-validated; above 5 M MAD go to a committee. Annual commission: 0.5–2% on outstanding capital.
