Offers up to $500,000 across three phases for payloads a robotic arm can manipulate in orbit.

NASA selects up to three winners through a three-phase structure: Phase 1 (application, up to $200,000), Phase 2 (final design and build, additional $200,000), and Phase 3 (build for integration, additional $100,000) — up to $500,000 total per winner. Phase 3 winners also get a free flight test aboard a hosted orbital spacecraft. Funding is awarded as a prize competition rather than a grant.
