Innovatiekrediet is a government-backed repayable loan for Dutch companies taking on high-risk technical innovation projects that commercial banks would not finance. EZK is the policy owner; RVO administers. Loans are repayable from product revenues and serve as a bridge between grants and private risk capital for late-stage development projects.
