Pilot-E

Pilot-E is a Norwegian co-funded pathway connecting Enova, the Research Council of Norway, Innovation Norway, Gassnova, and Siva to finance the full development cycle of greener energy technologies. The design enables one application to align funding decisions across research, demonstration, and commercialization stages, and it is positioned as an annual programme. Participants must form consortium structures. Projects are expected to include a steering committee of three to five members with at least one end-user representative. Eligibility covers for-profit, nonprofit, university, and research organization applicants; individuals are excluded.
