The DOST-PCAARRD Startup Grant Fund (SGF) Program provides financial and technical support to Philippine startup and spinoff companies commercializing technologies in the agriculture, aquatic, and natural resources (AANR) sector. Since 2021, the program has funded 27 startups with a total of PHP 64 million in grants. The 2026 call (4th batch) had a submission window of 16 February to 15 April 2026 and is now closed. The next cycle is expected in 2027. Technical support accompanies the financial grant, including incubation, mentoring, and business support services.
