DOST S4CP — CRADLE (Collaborative R&D to Leverage Philippine Economy)
Supports Industry-academia collaborative science innovation grants matching Philippine companies with HEIs and RDIs.
CRADLE (Collaborative R&D to Leverage Philippine Economy) is a sub-program under DOST's Science for Change Program (S4CP) that funds industry-academia collaborative R&D projects. It matches academic institutions and R&D institutes with industry partners. In the last three years, CRADLE has funded 63 projects worth PHP 285 million, partnering with 29 HEIs/RDIs and 63 companies. CRADLE is distinct from SETUP (MSME-only) and from the BIST sub-program (technology acquisition for industry). Call-specific dates are posted on s4cp.dost.gov.ph and pcieerd.dost.gov.ph; proposals submitted through DPMIS.
