Polish applicants submit a joint international application through the EUREKA SmartSimple platform alongside their foreign partners, which NCBR reviews in two stages: a formal check by NCBR staff, then a substantive review by external NCBR experts, with only formally-compliant applications passing through to expert review. Results are expected in the first half of 2027.
