Digital Innovation Hubs (DIH) — Portugal
Funds networks in Portugal that help organisations adopt digital tools and improve competitive digital maturity.
Digital Innovation Hubs (DIH) — Portugal is ANI's PRR-funded network for digital transition support. The measure carries €60 million from component 16, Empresas 4.0, and it serves SMEs, startups and public administration through 16 approved hubs rather than through a direct applicant call. The hubs focus on three priority technologies: AI, HPC and cybersecurity. They provide testing of digital solutions, training and capacity building, networking, incubation, and help finding further funding. ANI manages the measure, while IAPMEI acts as intermediary beneficiary and maintains the hub directory. The programme fits organisations that need hands-on support to adopt digital tools, validate use cases or connect to a broader innovation network. It is especially relevant in sectors already named in the record, including manufacturing, tourism, mobility, the sea economy, construction, defence, telecoms, agri-food, urban sustainability, healthcare and fashion. Applicants and end users do best when they route through an approved hub that matches their technical need.
