PRR — Mobilizing Agendas for Business Innovation
Funds coordinated enterprise consortia in Portugal to solve sectoral innovation challenges and scale production.
PRR — Mobilizing Agendas for Business Innovation is ANI's strategic-consortia route inside Portugal's Recovery and Resilience Plan. It supports mobilizing agendas and alliances for business innovation that push productive investment in priority sectors, and it runs through 2026 under the wider PRR framework. The route is grant-based and open to companies, nonprofits, universities and research organisations, while individuals are excluded. Portuguese documentation and registration are required, and no match funding is listed. ANI issues notices when funding rounds open, and the measure sits alongside Test Beds and Digital Innovation Hubs as one of ANI's main PRR strands. Applicants do best when they can show a consortium with a clear industrial use case, a shared work plan and a credible link to productive investment rather than isolated research activity. Because the calls are issued as notices rather than an always-open intake, timing and alignment with the published round matter as much as the technical proposal. The route is strongest for multi-partner projects that combine research, demonstration and deployment in sectors the PRR has prioritised.
