Startup Qatar Investment Program

Startup Qatar Investment Program is QDB's equity investment vehicle for technology startups. The START track targets companies with a validated concept and market readiness (up to USD 1.1M). The GROW track targets established companies with 3+ years of operations that are expanding into Qatar (up to USD 5.5M). Disbursement is tranched by milestones. Applications are processed through the F6S platform. Ancillary benefits include registration fee waivers, visa support, subsidised co-working space, housing support, mentoring, and access to R&D grants via partner organisations (primarily QRDI). These R&D grants are NOT directly issued by QDB; they are partner-referred (QRDI SBIG up to QAR 800,000 Phase I / QAR 2,200,000 Phase II).
