AIQAT is a joint research call launched by QRDI Council and the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (MCIT) targeting AI applications for Qatar's national context. The 1st cycle (FY2026) prioritised AI Assisted Healthcare, Education, and Tourism. 1st cycle closed 18 March 2026; awards announcement 30 July 2026. 2nd cycle not yet announced. Co-funder: MCIT.
