Tawteen is an employer wage subsidy administered by HRDF under the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. Private sector establishments hiring Saudi nationals receive 30% of the employee's monthly wage (up to SAR 3,000) for 24 months. The subsidy increases to 50% when employees are female, have disabilities, or are hired in their home city.
