CODE Multiverse Tech Founders is the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology's incubation track for Saudi-founded tech startups. Delivered through the Center of Digital Entrepreneurship, it is positioned as a free, equity-free route for pre-seed teams that can grow beyond the domestic market. The 4th Edition ran from December 2025 through February 2026 for bootcamp activity, with incubation beginning in June 2026. The program asks for at least one Saudi founder or co-founder, full-time founders, and startups that are innovative, scalable, and globally expandable. Support is non-cash and includes a one-week virtual bootcamp, six weeks of international incubation, eight weeks of digital incentives, mentorship, co-working space, workshops, investor connections, and digital tools. Applications are reviewed by committee, followed by interviews for shortlisted teams, and the source material says the program does not take equity.
