Esterdad Government Fee Reimbursement Initiative

Esterdad is Monsha'at's initiative to reimburse SMEs for government fees paid for licenses and other regulatory requirements. As of January 2022, SAR 3.5 billion had been repaid to SMEs under this initiative. This is a reimbursement-type subsidy rather than a competitive grant.
