Regional Electrification Pilots for Heavy Transport
Funds Swedish companies building public charging stations for heavy electric trucks through Energimyndigheten investment grants.
Regional Electrification Pilots for Heavy Transport is a grant scheme run by Energimyndigheten (the Swedish Energy Agency) to pay for new charging infrastructure for heavy road freight. Under each call the agency offers public money to build charging stations at terminals, warehouses, recycling centres and similar sites that are open to any haulier with business there. The aim is to speed up the switch from diesel to electric heavy trucks across Sweden. The agency runs the scheme as time-limited calls, with a fixed pot of money split across the selected projects under EU state-aid rules.
Each grant below is a distinct funding opportunity with its own eligibility, scope, and deliverables.
