Projects typically target low Technology Readiness Levels (TRL 2–4) with the potential to deliver significant impact to Singapore beyond a five-year timeframe. The RIE2025 cycle closed 31 March 2025. New Letters of Intent received after that date may need resubmission under RIE2030 guidelines. RIE2030 guidance has not been posted as of 26 May 2026. In the RIE2025 cycle, LOIs were submitted via email to programmatic_ame@hq.a-star.edu.sg, with full proposals invited after review.
