Applicants pick a pre-scoped solution from the ADS catalogue, get a vendor quote addressed to their registered entity, then submit through the Business Grants Portal with recent financial statements; approval takes roughly six to eight weeks. IMDA reimburses up to 70% of the eligible cost, the SME funds the rest, and the same expense can't also be claimed under the Productivity Solutions Grant.
