Applicants submit a 2-minute introductory video plus a named UC San Diego reference, and the Chancellor's Innovation Awards Selection Committee scores each one against a rubric before the Chancellor picks the winner. Past winners can't reapply, but past unsuccessful applicants can try again.
Each grant below is a distinct funding opportunity with its own eligibility, scope, and deliverables.
