Each innovator is paired with a business or science graduate student and goes through commercialization-plan training, regulatory training, and pitch coaching before presenting at the Synapse Pitch Competition Showcase. Finalists compete for cash and in-kind prizes, plus the mentorship, connections and pitch experience built up along the way.
