The Rediscount Credit Program is a short-term export financing facility operated jointly by Türk Eximbank and the Turkish Central Bank (CBRT). It provides pre-shipment working capital credit in TRY, EUR, USD, GBP, and JPY — five currencies confirmed in source data. Eligible borrowers include exporters, manufacturer-exporters, manufacturers producing export goods, and foreign-exchange-earning service providers.
