İSTKA Guided Project Support (Güdümlü Proje Desteği)

İSTKA's Güdümlü Proje Desteği is a direct grant instrument for agency-defined strategic projects in Istanbul. Unlike the open thematic calls, the agency itself shapes the project scope, partnership model, and ownership structure to match Regional Plan priorities. The route is open on a rolling basis, with no standardized award size published. Eligibility is narrower than the competitive calls: public, nonprofit, university, research, and similar mission-driven bodies can participate, while private firms are not lead applicants. Projects must be based in TR10 and follow the agency's chosen concept. This is best suited to proposals that already fit a strategic public-interest agenda and can move quickly into a defined delivery model. In May 2026 it appeared open on the agency's programs page, but the published material does not set a fixed budget or a common scorecard, so applicants need to work from the specific project brief rather than from a generic call notice.
