A+ Industrial Innovative R&D Program
Funds Taiwanese enterprises for future industrial technologies across priority technology domains.
The A+ Industrial Innovative R&D Program has been DoIT's flagship enterprise-subsidy mechanism since 2014. It funds Taiwanese companies conducting forward-looking R&D over multi-year (typically 3-year) project horizons, with the goal of developing technologies with concrete industrial-application potential. All 2026 projects must align with one of DoIT's eight priority focus areas: AI, UAV, Next-generation Communication, Robotics, Biotechnology/Pharma/Medtech, Semiconductors, Advanced Materials, or Circular Economy. Specific 2026-cycle deadlines and award caps are not published on the English-language site; full call details appear only on the Chinese-language DoIT portal. The program delivers subsidies to enterprises; R&D execution may be channeled through commissioned research institutes (ITRI and others) under subcontract.
Each grant below is a distinct funding opportunity with its own eligibility, scope, and deliverables.
