DoIT's International Innovation and R&D Collaboration Program operates bilateral matched-funding agreements with eight partner countries: the EU (via Horizon Europe partnering), UK, Germany, France, Spain, Canada, Czech Republic, and Israel. When both parties' projects pass review in their respective countries, subsidies are granted — each government subsidizes its own side of the collaboration.
