NDF Industrial Innovation and Transformation Fund

The NDF Industrial Innovation and Transformation Fund is a NT$100 billion co-investment vehicle through which the National Development Fund partners with private-sector investors to fund mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, and business transformation plans of Taiwanese companies. The fund aims to stimulate private investment, promote industrial innovation, create jobs, and reinvigorate Taiwan's economy. Private-sector co-investment is required. This is an equity/co-investment instrument, not a grant program.
