The Berkeley SkyDeck Accelerator runs two cohorts per year (January and July application windows), each lasting 6 months. Between 20 and 25 startups are selected per cohort and receive a $210,000 equity investment from the Berkeley SkyDeck Fund (7.5% equity; structured as SAFE or alternative formats). A $7,500 program fee is charged per startup.
