Gambling Harms Research Grants

Cross-council (AHRC, ESRC, MRC, UKRI) research grants addressing prevention and treatment of gambling-related harms. Interdisciplinary teams required; must include people with lived experience of gambling harms. Up to £2M FEC per project at 80% UKRI funding (applicant covers 20%). Two-stage process: expression of interest (EOI) deadline 17 July 2026; full application deadline 8 December 2026. Panel review March 2027; awards expected July 2027. Projects run 3 years.
