The Greater Manchester Culture Fund 2026–2029 provides multi-year revenue funding to cultural organisations delivering high-quality, impactful activity across the city region. Two strands operate: Spirit (organisations active in more than one GM district, £20,000–£200,000/year) and Sustain (organisations covering all ten GM districts, £200,000+/year; recipients expected to play a leadership role in the wider cultural sector). Applications for the 2026–2029 period closed on 19 November 2025. The fund is now in its active funding period (2026–2029). The next open call would cover the period starting 2030.
