Supports small and medium enterprise collaboration in Northern Ireland through a two-step cluster process for growth and shared readiness.
The Cluster Acceleration Programme (CAP) funds SME-led networks in Northern Ireland to build collaborative clusters. Phase 1 provides up to £55,000 to networks of at least 8 NI SMEs for a feasibility study. Phase 2 awards up to £1,000,000 over five years to the most promising emerging clusters of at least 20 SMEs. Phase 1 applications are open with a deadline of 15:00 on Friday 5 June 2026. Phase 2 will open within the next 12 months for successful Phase 1 clusters.
