Funds Made Smarter Adoption North East, digital technology grants and expert advice for small and medium-sized enterprises manufacturers in the North East.
Made Smarter Adoption North East helps SME manufacturers adopt digital technology to boost efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness. The programme provides specialist advisory grants of up to £3,500 for expert technical advice, and equipment/software grants of up to £20,000 covering up to 50% of total costs. Grants are subject to availability and only accessible after completing three mandatory digital-roadmap workshops. The three workshops cover Business & Digitalisation Strategy, Lean Thinking & Process Mapping, and Change & Project Management. The programme is a national UK Government initiative delivered regionally by TVCA and the North East Growth Hub.
