The NERC-NSF Lead Agency arrangement allows UK and US researchers to submit coordinated proposals. NERC-led applications require UK budget to represent 50%+ of combined budget; NSF BIO-led cap at $500,000 US component. UK applicants may request up to £300,000 at 100% fEC for NSF-led applications.
