Successful applicants get a support package combining funding, business development support and advice, and unique technical support and expertise, delivered from the Higgs Centre for Innovation at the Royal Observatory, Edinburgh. The centre has supported 28 companies to date, whose portfolio has raised £25m in outside investment with a 93% company survival rate.
