Inspire100 Pitching Competition
Offers regular pitching competitions at Strathclyde with prize support for students and early startups.
Inspire100 is a biannual Dragon's Den-style pitching event run by the Stephen Young Institute, providing approximately 100 innovation-driven startups and academic spinouts the opportunity to present to entrepreneurs, investors, and supporters. Prize amounts range from £2,500 to £10,000 across two categories: Academic Spinouts and Innovation-Driven Start-ups. Recent winners include MyEmploy Ltd (£10k, November 2023) and CataNiTek Ltd (£10k, May 2024). Eligibility is restricted to Strathclyde-affiliated startups and spinouts.
