The UKRI Future Leaders Fellowships (FLF) is UKRI's flagship cross-council talent scheme supporting early-career researchers and innovators ready to establish independence. Annual rounds; funded at 80% fEC. Two streams: academic (university-hosted) and non-academic (business/charity/public-sector hosted). Fellowships last up to 7 years (4 years initially with 3-year renewal option).
