BIRD Cyber

BIRD Cyber is a DHS Science and Technology Directorate and Israel National Cyber Directorate collaboration route under the BIRD model. It supports U.S.-Israeli cybersecurity research and development projects involving companies, academia, and research institutions. The available DHS source states grants of up to USD 1.5 million per project and up to 50 percent of the combined R&D budget, but it does not publish the current call window.
