BARD Food Security Technology Accelerator
Funds US and Israeli industry-research consortia developing food security technologies at TRL 3–6 through binational conditional grants.
The BARD Food Security Technology Accelerator is a pilot program administered by the U.S.-Israel Binational Agricultural Research and Development Fund (BARD). It provides conditional grants of up to $1 million over two years to binational consortia — each including at least two research institutions (one US, one Israeli) and two industry partners (one from each country) — to develop and advance food security technologies at TRL 3–6. The program covers three priority areas: climate resilience in agriculture, crop and animal health, and AI-powered precision farming. It is BARD's first program to directly fund industry partners.
Each grant below is a distinct funding opportunity with its own eligibility, scope, and deliverables.
