The MBDA Business Center Program (CFDA 11.805) funds organizations to operate MBDA Business Centers — one-stop shops offering capital access, contract facilitation, partner matchmaking, and export-readiness services to Minority Business Enterprises. Applicants compete for 5-year cooperative agreements; awardees become MBDA Business Centers delivering services in a defined geographic area. As of June 2026 this program is wound down for FY26: SAM.gov shows $0 FY26 obligation and the formal note 'Program is not funded for FY26.' This follows EO 14238 (March 2025) ordering MBDA elimination and subsequent court injunctions (May and November 2025). No new FOAs are being issued.

Each grant below is a distinct funding opportunity with its own eligibility, scope, and deliverables.
