The MBDA Specialty Center Program (CFDA 11.802) funds organizations to operate industry-focused specialty centers for Minority Business Enterprises. Sub-tracks include: Advanced Manufacturing Project (links MBEs to NIST MEP and manufacturing opportunities), Export Centers (global market access), Federal Procurement Centers (contracting assistance), Enterprising Women of Color (EWOC), Returning Citizens, and Parren J. Mitchell Entrepreneurship Center. All sub-streams show $0 actual FY25 obligations (anticipated total was $5.4M) and $0 FY26 obligations per SAM.gov. The program is not funded for FY26.
