The public site does not publish a formal deadline or a standard application form, and the route is handled through direct contact with MIBA via an inquiry-led intake. It is rolling and aimed at Israeli startups and companies that want a Michigan base for U.S. market entry. The strongest fit is a team that needs local presence, introductions, and operational support to start sales conversations or partnership work in the state. MIBA can also connect companies to legal, recruiting, marketing, finance, accounting, and market-research support, so the program works best when market entry is the immediate goal.
