The Elevator

Supports Free Detroit soft-landing zone Israeli startups entering the United States market.

Michigan-Israel Business AcceleratorUnited StatesIn-kind assistance

The Elevator is MIBA's flagship soft-landing program for Israeli startups entering the U.S. market through Detroit. It offers free office space, a U.S. business address, and curated B2B and B2G introductions to Michigan organizations, which makes it a practical landing point rather than a capital source. The route is in-kind assistance, not a cash grant. The public site does not publish a formal deadline or a standard application form, and the route is handled through direct contact with MIBA via an inquiry-led intake. It is rolling and aimed at Israeli startups and companies that want a Michigan base for U.S. market entry. The strongest fit is a team that needs local presence, introductions, and operational support to start sales conversations or partnership work in the state. MIBA can also connect companies to legal, recruiting, marketing, finance, accounting, and market-research support, so the program works best when market entry is the immediate goal.

Each grant below is a distinct funding opportunity with its own eligibility, scope, and deliverables.
