NASA TechLeap Prize
Funds teams demonstrating space technology advances through prize competitions managed by NASA STMD.
NASA TechLeap Prize is a series of open prize competitions administered by NASA's Space Technology Mission Directorate (STMD). Each challenge targets a specific space technology need; participants compete by demonstrating their technology against defined performance criteria and the highest-performing teams win cash prizes. The series is distinct from NASA grants and cooperative agreements — there is no cost-share requirement and no IP restriction imposed by NASA. Individual challenges within the series each carry their own eligibility rules, prize amounts, and performance requirements published on the dedicated TechLeap Prize page.
