Navy SBIR Transition Program (STP)

The Navy SBIR Transition Program is the Department of the Navy vehicle for non-cash transition support to active Navy Phase II SBIR and STTR awardees. Its purpose is to move technical work toward Navy buyers, warfighters, acquisition staff, and potential partners. There is no monetary award. Eligibility requires an active Navy Phase II award as of March of the cohort year, which keeps the cohort tied to companies already advancing through the Navy pipeline.
