RETROFIT NJ, short for Reducing Emissions through Retrofits, Optimization, Fuel-Switching, and Innovative Technologies, is New Jersey’s large-scale building retrofit pilot at NJEDA. It is open with a waitlist and is built for commercial, industrial, and institutional owners and their equivalent tenants.
