Nevada Main Street Program
Supports Small grants scholarships and technical assistance for Nevada's participating Main Street downtown-revitalization organizations.
Nevada Main Street is GOED's downtown revitalization initiative — 'a holistic approach to downtown revitalization that includes historic preservation, community development, beautification, and economic vitality.' Launched in 2017, the program serves 27 active Main Street organizations representing 32 communities across Nevada. GOED offers technical assistance, training, organizational development, networking, scholarships, and grants to participating organizations. In January 2026, over $400,000 was distributed to projects statewide. Eligibility is restricted to Nevada local Main Street organizations and municipalities; the most recent posted application was the '2024 Exploring Downtown Level Application.'
