Supports Point-of-sale EV rebates of NY residents and businesses buying new electric vehicles.
Drive Clean Rebate provides a point-of-sale rebate when purchasing or leasing a new plug-in hybrid (PHEV) or battery electric vehicle (BEV) from a participating NY dealer. Rebate tiers: $2,000 for EVs with 200+ mile range; $1,000 for 40–199 mile range; $500 for under 40 miles or for any vehicle with MSRP above $42,000.
