Supports Upfront incentives and financing to deploy solar across NY homes businesses and communities.
NY-Sun provides upfront per-watt incentives (declining-block megawatt-block structure) to make solar accessible across New York State. Eligible recipients include homeowners, renters via community solar subscriptions, small businesses, large commercial facilities, nonprofits, multifamily properties, and municipalities. Funded under the Clean Energy Fund NY-Sun portfolio, incentives stack with state tax credits and federal IRA credits.
