Industry Innovation Program
Supports Non-dilutive grants advance Oklahoma company innovation toward market launch.
The Industry Innovation Program (formerly Oklahoma Applied Research Support / OARS) provides non-dilutive grants from $10,000 to $500,000 to Oklahoma-based companies advancing innovative projects toward market launch. Awards support hiring expertise, forming research partnerships, acquiring equipment, and validating technologies in OCAST's three target sectors: aerospace/autonomous systems/defense, biotechnology and life sciences, and energy diversification. Applications follow an annual July cycle and require a 1-for-1 cash match from the company. At least 51% of funded project work must occur in Oklahoma.
