PA EDGE is an umbrella of four sector-specific PA tax-credit programs targeting strategic manufacturing investments: (1) Local Resource Manufacturing (petrochemicals/fertilizers from natural gas), (2) Milk Processing, (3) Regional Clean Hydrogen Hub, and (4) Semiconductor Manufacturing, Biomedical Manufacturing and Research. Additional credits support manufacturers purchasing clean hydrogen and natural gas from Regional Clean Hydrogen Hubs. Detailed eligibility, credit-amount mechanics, and award process live in sub-program guidelines maintained by the PA Department of Revenue's Office of Economic Development.
