The Innovation Partnership (IPart) is a statewide network administered by BFTP-NEP on behalf of DCED/BFTDA that helps Pennsylvania small businesses pursue federal SBIR/STTR funding. Services include free written proposal reviews, training workshops, and up to $1,000 in travel-and-training financial assistance. IMPORTANT: This is NOT a state-level cash-match program. Pennsylvania does not operate a Phase II SBIR cash-match. The catalog stub 'us-pa-pa-dced-sbir-sttr-match' overstated what PA offers.
