The Manufacturing Tax Credit awards qualified PA taxpayers a credit equal to 5% of their increase in annual taxable payroll, provided that increase is at least $1,000,000 from net new full-time jobs. Eligible taxes include Corporate Net Income, Personal Income, Capital Stock/Foreign Franchise, Bank Shares, Insurance Premiums, Gross Receipts, and others.
