The Pilot and Feasibility Grant Program issues up to seven awards per annual cycle: up to five general microbiome pilots, one matching pilot with the Penn School of Veterinary Medicine, and one with the Institute for Immunology. Awards are $40,000 per year for up to two years (year-two funding is a competitive renewal, not automatic).
